PMCC "COMPETENCY" COURSES address top-level project management applications such as managing a portfolio of projects, program management, and establishing and operating an effective Project Management Office (PMO). These courses are designed for practicing project managers and team members who have an overall understanding of project management methodology and knowledge of common project management "language."

All PMCC courses (and associated "public" dates) are designed for corporate clients. PMCC sets aside course dates that corporations can use in planning attendance of their staff; however actual course dates for any course can be negotiated.

If you are an individual wishing to take a PMCC course, we will need a guarantee of five attendees beside yourself in order to schedule the course. In some instances, we can fit an individual into an upcoming training course for a corporate client with their permission.
