Since starting the company in 1991, PMCC has been involved with project management for the U.S. government (including the Corps of Engineers), US Department of Defense, and state and local governments. PMCC helped one of only a handful of companies to receive the tri service (Army, Navy, and Air Force) certification of their project management systems in the early 1990’s (Avondale Gulfport Marine). Process and Procedure In order to promote the usage of best practice Project Management often involves the introduction of common project management practices across the company. PMCC can facilitate the process of generating project process and procedures that support the organization. From the initial effort to determine the process workflow (or change it) through the implementation of the procedures and the training of the project and management staff, PMCC can guide, mentor, and facilitate the cultural change that often accompanies the introduction of new or changed process and procedures.
