Teaming Services

Drawing on its wide range of Project Management expertise and access to highly experienced professionals, PMCC can provide capable personnel and innovative solutions for both long and short-term project assignments to:

  • Supervise the selection, assembly and development of an effective project team, including the allocation of team members and sub-teams to project tasks.

  • Assist in selecting the best methodology tools (time, budget, etc.) for the specific project and provide guidance to the team members in the implementation of those tools.

  • Assist in design and implementation of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project schedule produced by those management tools.

  • PMCC schedulers can develop, status and analyze project schedules based on the project WBS. They are trained to obtain “buy-in” for all major project milestones and to develop an integrated master schedule that reflects project deliverables. Our schedulers can develop schedule reports to assist project managers in “pro-actively” managing project deliverables. PMCC cost engineers can develop status and analyze project estimates and budgets based on the project WBS. PMCC cost personnel place special emphasis on the change control process and its impact on project costs and schedule milestones.

  • PMCC project managers can manage entire projects and/or programs on a daily basis. Utilizing “Best Practice” project management principles and methods, they can help assure that your project meets the “triple constraints” of time, budget, and quality (expressed through customer satisfaction).

  • PMCC project auditors can conduct status meetings and provide timely and effective communications and feedback to the project team and senior management on the status of scope management, change control, budget conformance, and schedule attainment.
